Thoroughly enjoyed our 3- night stay at Fishers Rock. The house is in a wonderful location, providing the perfect base for us to explore Skye. It sits right on the edge of the bay with incredible views. There are plenty of attractive outdoor areas to enjoy the sunshine, views and fresh air, including the semi-circular bench & wood burner close to the foreshore, as the sun goes down.Inside, the house has everything you could possibly need - large, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the bay, spacious bedrooms, again some with great views and en-suites for all. The beds were very comfortable and the house was warm & cosy, with a lovely wood burner in the generous living space. We simply loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thanks Tom!
We had such an enjoyable stay at Tom’s place in Portree. The home is beautiful, really spacious, and felt comfortable the moment we arrived. The view over the water is absolutely stunning - we never got tired of it, morning or evening. Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Everything was just right for a perfect break, and we left wishing we could stay longer. Can’t wait to come back again!
Everything was perfect- beautiful location on the ocean but easily walkable to Portree. The house itself was comfortable and immaculately clean. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
We stayed here for 3 days on our recent trip to Skye. Tom was helpful, and the house was clean and orderly. There were no complaints from us, and the house fit all 7 of us very comfortably. We were able to walk into town using sidewalks in about 10 minutes, which was ideal for our group.
Another great property offered by Tom and Jenny (they also own 57 Degrees North). We wouldn’t hesitate to return to either of their properties. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, just like the description and photos.
Tom’s place was a highlight of our trip, it was absolutely perfect for our group. Stunning views, incredibly clean, and plenty of room to spread out. It was wonderful spending time with our group, and being able to cook while joking and laughing with our family at the dining table. The deck and outdoor space was simply to die for. Highly recommended!
